I've been like that since I was 18 tbf. I put it down to football, always out every Saturday without fail at midday, stay out after the game until you're finished.

I remember I still used to get excited about going to a night club until about 24-25.

I then found myself spending most of the night in the smoking area trying to get away from the loud music and have a conversation

Well since i turned 30 i've got engaged, booked a wedding and now expecting our first child. I've also been in a period of bad health and had a year on and off steroids. I feel like i've aged about 20 year since i turned 30.

You don't need any advice for getting old. Enjoy your youth while it's there. Before you know it you'll be 50 and taking the pee out of 30 year olds feeling old.
