I actually gave some good advice and answered your questions seriously if you look back. Not sure what else you were looking for.

I bet if if was anyone else you would be inundating them with help and advice instead of this shit.

You'll probably end up in Glasgow! To those who are driving down what are everyone's plans (when do you plan on leaving etc) and how do you intend to manage fuel consumption? The last bit I know may sound daft but it is important. I don't want to run out just short of Newport Pagnell.
I am driving down and so far my only plan is to (stupid and perhaps desperate I know) use a coach as a sort of pacemaker. If I keep track of it I know I will get to Wembley in time. I have no idea what time I should be leaving or how many fuel stops I need.
5 to 6 hours fella including stops and no traffic problems, just don't sweat it. Done it home to Sunderland in 4.5 hours and I am in Hampshire.
But remember might take you a while if you intend parking at Wembley, will be plenty of traffic on the roads from both South and North

Thanks. Good to see not all SMBers are no-hopers. Good advice. Have a like.
It’s a long day driving down and straight back and you can’t have any ale, you could easily get down in 4 1/2 hours especially early on a Sunday morning
I've no idea what you're on about but I will give you a serious answer. An 18 hour day with 10 hours driving in it is dangerous, my employer wouldn't allow it and I'm an experienced driver, not a complete novice. Book yourself a cheap hotel just north of londonThey are worth more than a tin of beans.
What a stupid question.
Leaving at 6 am Sunday .
Full tank of fuel.
One planned stop, as many piss stops as required.
No intention of using a coach as a pacemaker as they're slow as fuck and shit at setting any kind of pace, plus I've been on enough away coaches to know they regularly break down and are often late.
Now stop being a fanny, fire up the sat nav, leave early, get the tunes on and have a laugh on the way down .
Where are you driving from?
Waiting for can I follow you !Jarrow
