Too soon for Henderson to come back?

Play well and you can get a good move is exactly what our strategy demands of these younguns. And if they play well, staying here becomes a good move itself.

He'd need it to have an ability to motivate players of different standards and personalities, then there's all the fitness metrics and modern data analysis. A lot more to modern coaching than just being able to kick a ball.

That'll be down to the data analysts, no? I've no idea what he'd like but I wouldn't have thought motivating players would be too much of a problem for him.

Not sure what signing on fee he may have had but in terms of wages he wasn't there long enough to get much at all.
