On the basis of Sartori's long friendship with KLD & his family he doesn't look like a man who is particulaly concerned that KLD won't buy him out. He seemed to be enjoying himself on Saturday so Sartori is pobably quite happy to stay on for the ride & he's certainly rich enough. I think that he only joined up in the first place because Donald had convinced him that promotion back to the Championship was just round the corner. Of course Donald didn't deliver on that but now KLD who Sartori introduced to the Club has done so just after one season and a bit. Indeed getting the Dryfus family involved in SAFC because Donald was making such a hash of if might have been Sartori's plan.

It's Donald who is the most vulnerable here. If he looks like presenting any hinderence to the Clubs further progress he is in my view going to get squeezed both by KLD and Sartori. Sartori is much closer to KLD financially & socially than he is to Donald.

He also brought in defoe and Alves, who really weren't.

That's a decent track record tbh.

We definitely were not short a CB. We had 4 on the books and one in the stand for the vast majority of games. Think there was one game where we didn't have enough. Every other week it was Neil's choice.

If he is sole head of recruitment he should take responsibility for not signing backup for Stewart in January...........He gambled on stewart not getting injured and won.........however in no way you could describe what he did as a professional job.

they wont make a profiot and the clubs parachute money didnt dissapear...the paperwork is all in order showing where it went..ELLIS short took it and set up doanld and his mates to take the blame.

they doidnt buy the club with its own money..the accounts show the paid £12.7m from their own resources for the club..

He brought in Defoe didn’t he?
I mean, we had arguably the best 2 strikers in league 1, so it wasn’t going to be easy to get someone in better than those 2, or to get someone in to sit on the bench and probably be sold when we got promoted.
He couldnt have got a striker in on loan, as that striker would be sitting on the bench and no prem team would have gone for that.
I don’t think a lot of our fans live in the real world. Defoe was a coup. It didn’t work out.

So where did the money come from? The PP money was only £25m, and the club sold for £37M, so where did that £12m come from?
