Timetable to remove chancers and KLD taking real control.

It's relatively simple as most Championship clubs lose money in the pursuit of the Premiership Holy Grail and accordingly tens of millions of investment is needed. This usually comes from existing shareholders who have first option to maintain their percentage holding by investing Pari parsu with other shareholders.

I doubt the two chancers would keep putting money in so face ongoing dilution of their shareholding until it becomes an insignificant amount and they have zero influence

the days of championship clubs getting huge subs from owenrs are largely over..league rules forbid it..they docked reading points last season for over spending..almost relegated reading..

stoke owners who have more money than almost anyone...are nit permitted to spend more of it on stoke despite wanting to..

This is true

This is a fact CM sold 1% to JS so he has 20% now, KLD has 41% fact, CM 5%, SD the rest, till KLD either pays what he agreed to pay in Jan of this year for their shares or the new guy takes their stake in the club.
The final part of this black hole money everyone claims they nicked has been paid back over the last 11 month, and the correct figure is closer to Killdare than yours if you go through the accounts properly you can see it.
However because most of it was classed as a directors loan, i do not know the exact figure, but it has been paid back.
Thats how they can now sell the shares.
That’s not what @kildaremackem said at all said they still owe £3m and don’t believe that for one second that set of w*****s paid back £22m of the ££25m he said they owed from robbing the parachute payments to buy the club, absolutely no chance at all.

what you believe is irrelavnt..the paperwork is there publically aavaileble.
And dont call them thieves..they didnt take any money from the club illicitly or any other way. And they paid £15m for the club with their own cash. The £25m went to ellis shiort because he wanted it, nothing to do with donald et al

If Donald's price remains the same then its probably about right for us being in the Championship. Who would be surprised if he deems his shares suddenly being worth more though?

The people he works with absolutely do though, and they won’t be pissed about by the likes of SD & CM.

Good on KLD if he’s playing hardball, the more the better imo
yes..if KLD listens to them..I suspect in fact that he is..that he is trying to haggle down the price he al;ready agreed to, based on their advice. KLD wants SAFC as a business...he isnt a sugar daddy owner.

This ownership business has to be sorted out now. The whole reason we plummeted was because we were run like corner shop and its a lesson to every club big and small as to what happens when your governance is shot to bits. My dad remembers Man United being relegated so no one is immune.

Horseshit. It's all about valuations. KLD would buy at the right price, which would include clawing back the stolen money. SD and co want to squeeze every penny and pretend the parachute money they used to but the club was theirs all along.
what stolen money> KLD already agreed a price. They didnt use the para money to buy the club but did agree to put an amount equivakent to that back in...and have done almost all of that now.

KLD has no track record in business..and if he tries to wiggle out of deals he already agreed it doesnt bode well for his future career.
What nonsense. He is the son of a late billionaire who's mother is also a highly respect international business woman in her own right. The family probably have a huge number of business contacts and associates throughout Europe. Given his background I have no doubt that he also has at his disposal a small army of seasoned business advisors who are well experienced in the world of football.

I think that KLD's reputation might just survive stiching up a couple of small time operators who took on a football club that was far bigger than they could ever handle. His arrival at SAFC will already be seen as one of the major factors that has led to the Clubs change in fortunes for which he will receive & deserves much of the credit.

In fact it's more likely to enhance KLD's reputation if he pulls it off . It is after all how the super rich do make their money as they are not known to take prisoners . I almost feel sorry for Donald.
