yes..if KLD listens to them..I suspect in fact that he is..that he is trying to haggle down the price he al;ready agreed to, based on their advice. KLD wants SAFC as a business...he isnt a sugar daddy owner.

I suspect (and hope) that KLD and the experienced people around him realise they’re in a strong position and use that in every way possible to piss the 2 chancers off.

I want to see them leave with as little as possible, and as unhappy as they could be with any deal

What nonsense. He is the son of a late billionaire who's mother is also a highly respect international business woman in her own right. The family probably have a huge number of business contacts and associates throughout Europe. Given his background I have no doubt that he also has at his disposal a small army of seasoned business advisors who are well experienced in the world of football.

I think that KLD's reputation might just survive stiching up a couple of small time operators who took on a football club that was far bigger than they could ever handle. His arrival at SAFC will already be seen as one of the major factors that has led to the Clubs change in fortunes for which he will receive & deserves much of the credit.

In fact it's more likely to enhance KLD's reputation if he pulls it off . It is after all how the super rich do make their money as they are not known to take prisoners . I almost feel sorry for Donald.
yes but kld has never made money..he has no track record at it..or at abtyhing else. Sons oif billioanires are often not that successful themselves..KLD the college drop out isnt tearing up any trees. Of course he will have good advisers etc. but the qurstion is, will he listen to them? Sartori is wealtheir than KLD, he is an actual interationallly successful business uy who doesnt take prisoners..and If KLD is trying to welch on a deal with him, its not KLD i would be backing.

No rush to do anything in my opinion. Let the dust settle and develop a strategy about how to take the club to the next level. The last thing they should do is pander to the fan base and rush into buying out Donald. There will be other investors who might just want to get on the bandwagon and maybe JS and KLD have someone in mind.

On the Sunderland board are Patrick Treuer, the CFO of the Louis-Dreyfus company, and Igor Levin, the New York- based attorney who's the family lawyer. You aren't going to get more hard nosed than that.

Donald and Meths weren't with KLD at the final. They have been together in earlier months.

KLD would know the fans would hate that.

Was Donald seen?
Was Sartori sitting in the KLD group?

I think Meths was at the game.
Methven would be counting any empty Sunderland seats to have a pop

Ffs we are in league one and have Doyle and xhamalji as reserve centre half’s , along with onien who can play there. Having another one to replace Flanagan wasn’t necessary.
Speakmans success rate on transfers is pretty much the best we’ve ever had
I like Speakman, but we were definitely short a CB and some FBs.
