Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

Don;'t go to the map. Instead, click on the icon that looks a bit like a face. You should have a notification that takes you straight to the purchase screen. The reason you can't buy from the map is that your seat is reserved for you, and not available to anyone but you, which is why it will be greyed out on the map.

You've got me there.

Yeh mate doing that. Click the face then buy tickets, find tickets and it says this event is not yet available to you

The point I was trying to make is that there are a finite number of staff able to work with the system, and the balance point isn't obvious.
It isn't, but I'd say that 100% ticket office is the wrong way to go. Someone could likely speed through a lot of the simpler queries via email, and it would be a lifeline for those from outside the region who realistically can't get to the ticket office, several of whom will probably end up missing out on the match. For a club with support as widespread as us, especially for games where loads will make extra effort to get home for it, it seems crazy to say you can only get sorted if you can make it to the ticket office. That won't be easy even for people who live here if its going to involve at least half a day off work. For me, they've got the balance wrong

What an absolute farce this is. KLD needs to have a thorough investigation into this when the season is over, it cannot be allowed to continue.

Never understood these threads about how many tickets are sold , it can’t make any difference to the op in the slightest and won’t stop him clapping like a seal when they announce the attendance anyway.

I had to re-add my granddaughters card so I could manage it. I know I have done this before ok, so something has changed.

Also when you login, the options for choosing a different seat (rather than your SC seat) were at the top of the screen. UI wise, I would have thought that it should default to your sc seat being the first option. This maybe why people are choosing different seats, rather than their SC seat. It seems to be a fuck up every time these days, and lack of customer support options is rubbish.

Not disagreeing. Infinitely better for those not local, but, at the same time, not necessarly changing the waiting time for those who do go down to the ground. The problem for any ticket office (or indeed call centre) is that you can''t set permanant full time staff levels for a peak, and for a fairly complex system like ours, it's not that feasible to draft in untrained temps. There will always be some problems when you try to shift 45,000 tickets in 4 days, and the club seem to have panicked.

Seem to be. People would appear to be happy to have the PDF ticket on their phone/in their hand, than taking a chance that the club will activate the SC properly and they won't be left waiting at the turnstiles whilst the match is going on.

Can't say I blame them really when you see how many things are going wrong for people over the last 24 hours!
Risk never receiving the email with ticket doing that though.
