Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

Still the issue that all Part season card holders have had permissions removed and are completely locked out of purchasing at all.

The wider concern I’ve got however is if the lads manage to actually do it and get to Wembley and there’s even remotely any issues like this with the same ‘tough sh*t’ approach and comms from the club there’ll be absolute ructions on.

I feel sorry for the staff having to deal with all of this … same disdain shown to them as the fans from higher management in fairness. Must be absolutely toxic for them having to deal with things like this.

Request to manage again. This happened to me, they had taken it off. I had to request all on my network again.

I’m surprised it let you get your ticket as I couldn’t do mine on my account. I had to reassign/manage on his account even though this had been set up previously. When I logged on to his account my ticket was in his basket. Hope you get it sorted x

Same happened to me, stressful half an hour trying to figure it out. I was baffled as I had always been able to buy tickets online. Worst system ever x

Any information on general sale yet or are they already on? Can’t really see anything on the normal site and planning on taking the little one over.

All supporters registered to SAFC’s ticketing database will be able to purchase up to four tickets in the remaining seats from 12noon on Thursday 11 May.



Please be advised that the fixture will be removed from sale from 10am-12noon on Thursday 11 May to allow time to release any season ticket seats not purchased during phase one.
 
If SC holders want a PDF ticket to be sure that they are in and there's no messing with SC activation, they seem better off to pick a different seat.

That way, they'll receive a PDF ticket but otherwise it's hoping that the club don't mess up with the activation, which I certainly wouldn't bet on.

Are SC really choosing different seats to where theyve sat all year (or for years) just in case their SC isnt activated!?:eek:

Yeah, it always replies with that e-mail. Season card just gets activated.

Seem to be. People would appear to be happy to have the PDF ticket on their phone/in their hand, than taking a chance that the club will activate the SC properly and they won't be left waiting at the turnstiles whilst the match is going on.

Can't say I blame them really when you see how many things are going wrong for people over the last 24 hours!
 
I know it's not popular on here but unless it's a guaranteed sell out, I'd have preferred if they'd sold lower bowl only first like v Sheff Wed.

Those North stand lower tickets are generally very difficult to shift/last to go.
