You didn't need to do anything of the sort. Your season card seat was reserved for you, the same as everybody else's. Thats the reason the planner shows your section as sold out. Nobody can buy your seat other than you, until 10am on Thursday.

People are having problems buying their own seat. I couldn’t get mine. So I bought a different seat. It’s a shambles.

funny that, because last year at times they wouldn't even open the ticket office and forced people to email. wembley tickets couldn't be sold from the ticket office. they've even said that this summer STs won't be sold at the ticket office in person. yet all of a sudden its more efficient to turn off emails and have 1000s of people take time off work to queue to do this in person at the ticket office?

what a load of bollocks. the club are ran by absolute muppets who haven't got a braincell between them. they do zero planning and zero critical thinking on any plan they have, they put zero effort into helping fans, and zero effort into press releases. they have zero clue how to sell tickets for big games despite us having multiple playoffs and multiple wembley visits in the past 3 years

they are just incompetent. its that simple

Don;'t go to the map. Instead, click on the icon that looks a bit like a face. You should have a notification that takes you straight to the purchase screen. The reason you can't buy from the map is that your seat is reserved for you, and not available to anyone but you, which is why it will be greyed out on the map.

maybe we should all get a free years subsciption to NordVPN with our season ticket next season, and drop in session at the Beacon in how to download and use it, and how to make our IP addreess show as being in Botswana when conducting business with club to allow fans who live 10 minutes walk from the ground to be able to buy tickets for home games

Nord is currently borked. I can't get SAFCSee through it. Opera browser has a built in VPN that seems to work fine.
