Sadly done both of these and its made not a scrap of difference.

At 70+ years I think I've lost the will to fight SAFC to buy a ticket and the thought of the problems to come with season tickets..........
Hmm sorry not sure what the issue is then, you could try it from a mobile hotspot or maybe just give it a bit of time to see if it sorts itself out. Whenever I've had that issue (and that's been quite a bit whilst getting the tracker up and running) then those steps (or using another browser) has always worked for me.

Don't miss out on a ticket though, someone will be able to help out.
 

Yes I get this when trying to purchase tickets or just save a payment card to my account.

Tried 4 different bank cards and all the same ☹️

Tried 3 different bank cards here marra and can't seem to save my card details on any of them.

I have double and triple checked all details and everything is 100% correct.

FFS.

Surely they know about this problem by now and are actually doing something about it. There must be thousands in the same boat.

Sorry to ask again but has anyone had any joy with this yet? Absolutely madness how they are there but can’t buy them. I know of at least 7 others who it is effecting and no-one can get to the ticket office during the opening hours. Thanks

Can you not join a family and friends network to buy for you?
 
Anyone else who has bought tickets for another seat or who has bought tickets for a season ticket holder for next season, not received them yet?
Me.
Bought one for my dad who's a ST holder for next year along with mine and the kids.
Bottom of the email says they will go on season cards but obviously my dad hasn't got a card yet.
Checked my emails and his emails and nothing come through.
He's actually locked out of his online SAFC account because of gmail and unfortunately the ticket office still haven't replied to the email from 3 week ago to sort that so can't even get into his account to see if it's gone on his history.
