Hmm sorry not sure what the issue is then, you could try it from a mobile hotspot or maybe just give it a bit of time to see if it sorts itself out. Whenever I've had that issue (and that's been quite a bit whilst getting the tracker up and running) then those steps (or using another browser) has always worked for me.Sadly done both of these and its made not a scrap of difference.
At 70+ years I think I've lost the will to fight SAFC to buy a ticket and the thought of the problems to come with season tickets..........
