In a lot of cases it's because they are getting errors on the online site when trying to get their reserved ticket. Club has switched off phone lines and e mail and told supporters to go and queue at the ticket office. What am I missing ? Why are people going to the ticket office ?
Clearly EFL have abandoned same pricing for all games.Supporters with 100+ Black Cat Points will be able to secure their seat tomorrow from 10am to 12 noon.
Subject to availability, phase two will also take place tomorrow and fans with 95+ Black Cat Points will be able to purchase a ticket from 1pm to 5pm.
Supporters are advised that all seats are unreserved and tickets are priced as follows:
Adults: £30
Over-65s and Under-22s: £24
Over-75s and Under-19s: £21
Under-17s: £12
Under-10s: £9

Same happened to me. Was a right pain in the arse as I couldn’t remember the wife’s password. Hope it’s not like this for when we get to WembleyWhat if it happens if we get to the final and the same happens?

It's a cookie issue. They send a specific cookie that is then sent back with a request to check if you need to perform a captcha check and you've ended up stuck with an invalid one (or somehow you have javascript disabled).Anyone else come across this problem.....
When I go to the SAFC website, click on MENU in the top left corner, then choose the BUY TICKETS option I get a message as follows ......
Pardon Our Interruption
As you were browsing something about your browser made us think you were a bot. etc etc etc
Now, I've seen this before but usually there's a box to tick something like "I am not a robot" but not now. There's nothing else, no box, nothing! All I get is that message and I cannot go any further.
No matter what I try I can't get past this. I'm going to be panicking soon.
Any tech wizards out there know what to do?
Wonder how many have 100+ points
1100
We have some proper hard core fans like, f***ing top support. Don’t know how they have the time or Money, just a tad jealousThe first phase is set at a level that anyone will those points or more will get one if they want. So, around 1,000

Easiest solution is to just use a private browser window to getpast the issue. Alternatively open up dev tools in your browser, go to the Application tab and delete cookies, local and session storage for that site.
£30 is mental.
