I was told everything is sent immediately, so basically if I'd not gone in today I'd have never received a ticket. So anyone who hasn't received it will have to go in.The wifey I spoke to was adamant it’s just a long process and was confident all emails would arrive. I had no faith in this so I took a paper ticket. Thinking about it though there can’t be that many needing digital tickets, surely, so why would it be such a long process. The only people needing digital tickets are people who’ve chosen a different seat to their current one and 23/24 ST holders. That can’t be that many, surely?!
