I've just looked up this on SAFC Important Ticket Informationit looks like they have badly worded the ticketing info.
i believe they are trying to say that new season ticket holders for next season can also buy a ticket.

But the queues wouldn't be as long if the online purchase system worked properly without all these errors. That's what is causing the issue and it is a joke that there are no Comms about what is being done to resolve it.I'm not defending them here as I've had ticketing issues this season but what do you reasonably expect them to do. With demand high enough for queues around the car park who is going to answer the phones and email inbox?
