Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

Reading through the forum, sounds like the system is having a brain fart moment with partial ST. I don’t have a full/partial for this season, only one for the forthcoming season. After multiple error messages, I managed to purchase tickets.
So is it only partial SCH having problems?
I have a partial and can’t grt purchase to go through.
 

I'm trying to book my son's seat but i can't get his details logged in off my phone to purchase it. Any ideas anyone? Phone lines are not working.
 
ticket office queue is round the carpark apparently. don't finish work till 1630 so pointless even trying to go down. presume it closes at 1700. all because i dare to have a Gmail account :lol: I'm trying to laugh just because it's ridiculous i can't reset a password without going to the ticket office

A set of different results yesterday afternoon and there would be no queue.

Less than 24 hours later the staff in the ticket office are run off their feet.

You have to go in person, the state of our club off the field is an absolute joke! In who's tiny mind did it seem like a good idea to close all phone lines and email inboxes on what will be the time fans need to contact with them the most! Utter contempt for fans.

Is the £50 for your and your uncle's tickets? Both SCH so both eligible. Tickets added to cards so nothing needs printing (again, email is poor. Generic info for "normal" ticket purchases).

I'm not defending them here as I've had ticketing issues this season but what do you reasonably expect them to do. With demand high enough for queues around the car park who is going to answer the phones and email inbox?

I’ve got a gmail account , logged in and paid for my season card to be activated no bother at all.

It's not as if this is the first time it's happened though is it?
I'm not having a go at the ticket office staff... they need a medal.

There isn't enough staff at the best of times

Correct but why close all other forms of communication?? They are run off their feet because of this
 
I am fuming here. I am an old bloke, but I am fairly computer literate and do most things online without any bother whatsoever. I have been trying to buy tickets all morning. I am a STH for 22/23 and 23/24, so I should be able to buy 1 ticket for myself and 1 other ticket. I also manage my Uncle’s ST as he’s 87.
I have tried every different way to purchase the 2 tickets for us plus 2 other tickets for my son and grandson, but no luck at all. I therefore tried to purchase seats in the Premier Concourse. I booked two seats and paid for both, however the confirmation and ticket only shows I seat purchased, but the £50 has been taken out of my account. I now find that, although the ticket states that I can print at home, it does not allow me to do so.
Any ideas anyone?
Look on your purchase history and see if you have both seats

They should have been prepared for every outcome.

It’s unbelievable how shite we are off the field.
