Striker
people are already on his back alreadyGood luck to him. Here's to a season with some positive vibes from the manager, some effort from the players and the crowd getting behind the team from the off.

Sounds like Moyes.Going to call it now.
Kick off with 2 loans both from the same club. 1 Grayson wanted and a buy one get one free. O'Shea gets a contract so we don't have to buy anybody instead. We sign a player for 3m the week before the Derby game and people start thinking that the ball is rolling. We get a draw at Derby and then nothing happens until we sign a striker for 0.75m. Bring in a veteran old player on a free and then nout till deadline day when we panic buy somebody for 4m and another loan.
Total spend 7.75m
First team players: 20

ExactlyPaper talk
What's comedy is that some of you lot believe it
That's true, that's why they've all complained when they've left.I've based my prediction on the last 12 transfer windows and the modus operandi of the chairman. You could swap Moyes for pretty much anybody we've had attempting to turn piss into wine on the transfer front in that time.
Bollocks to you too sirBollocks
I think you usually get a year's money, which also applies to the associated coaching staff. The wages are too high to be paying for over 2 years, then having to pay compensation to the next club whose manager you've taken. The contract is designed for the club to get compensation if the manager is poached, as in this case with Preston getting 750k.It means he'll get a good pay off when he gets the sack

I might well be wrang but if he sells four or five then surely he'd be allowed to bring four or five in out of the proceeds? They won't be huge fees, but I'm hoping his knowledge and last few seasons stand him in good stead.Agreed, I just wondered if it might be £6m + anything he gets in from Lens, Khazri, Kone etc that would be a canny pot ?
