I'm merely casting doubt on one man's sincerity. The fact people were rioting about these things in 2016 does show that it's a genuine, constant issue and not one of many failed tactics to oust the orange man, I suppose.

Do I think police killing black people in the US is a problem Brits need to care about? Aye, for whom the bell tolls and all that.
Do I think I need millionaire footballers wagging their finger at me to fix it? Naw, they can get fucked.
Do I think some famous peoples' sincerity is doubtful? Aye
Should I treat aggressive demands to adopt submissive poses as a massive red flag? Aye.

Kaepernick lost his career and millions of pounds over it. He was genuine.

The real question is though, why would you look for an angle that suggests insincerity?
