Tenet

8/10. It might swing a point either side of that on a second viewing. A rare second outing to the cinema beckons.
At least it's an original story.

Rogue - 4/10 Megan Fox stars as a gun for hire caught between Islamic terrorists and a CGI lion.

Bill & Ted Face The Music. 9/10 brought a smile on a sad day.
That sounds so fantastically f***ing stupid I might have to watch it.

42 (2013) - Chadwick Boseman gives an amazing performance as Jackie Robinson. A couple of scenes were uncomfortable to watch showing the racist treatment he received not only from spectators but opposing managers but had to resist responding to it. 8/10

Zombieland: Double Tap. Decent enough sequel. 7/10

Knives Out. Pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed this. Good cast (Daniel Craig‘s southern accent reminded me of Kevin Spacey) and a canny who done it. 7/10

Ready Or Not (2019) Canny thriller/comedy. A bride is introduced to her weird in-laws and has to spend her wedding night being hunted in a sick game of hide & sick. 6/10

Lovelace (2013) Amanda Seyfried potrays Linda Lovelace telling the story of her decent into the porn world, forced into it by her abusive husband. Quite disturbing to watch at times. 7/10

Arctic
7/10

Mads Mikkelson is an airman whose plane has crashed in the Arctic, and his tough survival effort. Decent

Is this a new thing with Mads Mikkelson, he was in a film called Polar now this one called Arctic? Perhaps his next film will be called "It's f***ing Brass Monkeys Out There"

The Old Guard 7/10

Netflix original based on a graphic novel. Not groundbreaking, but it's a super hero film with proper violence and good action. Probable sequel which I would watch.

Onward. New Pixar film. Adventure, funny, happy tear jerker. If you’ve got kids take them now 10/10

Venom. Was decent. Tom Hardy always worth a watch. Weird no Spider-Man in it 7/10

Mannequin. On tele yesterday. Remember thinking it was class when I was about 12. It’s shit really. 4/10

The One And Only Ivan. Nice family film. Bryan Cranston, along with a strong voice cast of Helen Mirren, Danny DeVito & Angelina Jolie. 9/10

Watched a few Korean zombie films recently, They were quite good.
Train to busan,Penninsula (Train to busan 2) and #Alive.

What sub did you get penninsula on? Loved Busan.
Power on Netflix, all about a drug that either kills you or gives you some form of power/ability. One of the better netflix films.

I See You (2019/Netflix) - 7/10 - Surprisingly reasonable movie surrounding a police investigation into child abductions and strange goings on at the home of one of the investigators. Some good plot twists and cleverly shown from two different angles.

Watched that this afternoon, the plot twists were cleverly done. I had to google to see if Phrogging was a real thing!
