The realistic replacements for Grayson thread

You need to get something through your thick head, fans are not employed to pick managers.

He does not have one currently.

As for the missing thousands, start winning home games and thirty thousand plus will be forthcoming
 
Not that it would happen but I'd love Warnock to come and give the players and board a kick up the arse and tell it how it is.

We need a strong character, someone who isn't afraid of upsetting the players, not a yes man.

Any one really. Two quick examples from teams who I would see as lower than us.

The lad who took over at Wigan in the summer from Portsmouth, Paul Cook.

Nigel Clough, worked wonders on relatively low budget at Burton. Did a decent job at Sheffield United and Derby.
 
Paul Lambert. Worked under Venkys so he'd love it here
