What a load of bollocks.

You lose to a team like Spurs because Spurs are a good side and City didn't take their chances and Spurs did. That's football.
No spirit? They came back from 2 nil down against West Ham and again today. You cannot for one moment think they have no spirit. Complacency sometimes, yes, but plenty of spirit.

Robotic? yes. You might call that well disciplined.

I think you're romanticising your own views by pretending some teams have 'steel' and 'spirit' and others don't despite glaring evidence to the contrary.
One minute he's bought success. The next he can't win CL cos he's not a top quality manager (so clearly can't buy it). Plenty HAVE won it and not been particularly successful at league level.
He might never win CL again. Some players amazing players will never win it. It's not really any absolute measure of how good or bad a manager is.

He's not some messiah. Neither is Klopp. They are both charismatic in their own ways and capable of motivating players and instilling some belief (in the players and the fans). Eventually that will run out - as it does with all managers, including Wenger and Ferguson. For now, both Klopp and Guardiola are doing exceptional jobs, but not having it all their own way. Both have decent pots of money to help, but that's no guarantee of success either (it helps a lot though).

Can’t discount the budget he’s had, but I’d still say 4 titles in 5 years is pretty good.

Here’s his points totals for each of the last 13 seasons he’s managed:

Barca: 87, 99, 96,91

Bayern (34 game season): 90, 79, 88

City: 78,100, 98, 81, 86, 93

Am sure that if anyone was able to guarantee 90+ point seasons at clubs like these, then Man United would have done a bit better than they have since Fergie left.

As I have said before, the cult of the manager ( or chief coach ) is and has always been over rated. Their success or failure will often be down to factors outside their control.
 
unbelievable manager but absolutely shite to not have won a CL with that city squad since he has joined

The Champions League is incredibly difficult to win. You're at the mercy of injuries, players' form, refereeing decisions (not as much now with VAR min) on the day.
