Did they have a list to pick from or was it whatever they could come up with?
What was that f***ing film about a murderous tyre? That was boring and should easily be on the list
Shawshank Redemption should be on the list.
Someone at The Guardian has published the results from a survey (source unknown so far) as to which films the nation sees as boring. For me, there are one or two classics in there.
I wonder if it's because folk are becoming a bit impatient with everything these days? For example, I read that (musical) artists are now trying to get the hook into a song within the first 30 seconds, simply so it suits the Spotify generation.
Anyway, here's that list...
1. 50 Shades of Grey
2. The Blair Witch Project
3. Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace
4. Brokeback Mountain
5. Transformers
6. The Postman
7. The Artist
8. Australia
9. Vanilla Sky
10. Seven Years in Tibet
11. Batman and Robin
12. 2001: A Space Odyssey
13. The Matrix Revolutions
14. Showgirls
15. Far and Away
16. The Tree of Life
17. Noah
18. Meet Joe Black
19. Lincoln
20. Cleopatra

Welcome to every pop song since 1960
I enjoyed 2001 in its day and Lincoln is a brilliant film IMHO. Most of the others I haven't seen.Someone at The Guardian has published the results from a survey (source unknown so far) as to which films the nation sees as boring. For me, there are one or two classics in there.

Looks more like a list of (mostly) bad films rather than boring. Showgirls is shit for instance but far from boring!![]()
Driving home for...boredomRea......Honestly?
Rear Window, from back in the fifties when everybody stood up at the end for the National Anthem.
Gregory Peck, Richard Burr.
The whole film is centred around a guy sitting in a wheelchair watching another apartment window from his own back window.
