should be, the line has come down at hebburn. But to isolate that part they have to turn it off for a section that goes back past Pelaw hence trains cant run to Sunderland.

Got hoyed off yesterday afternoon with the wife and boy at brockley whins - overhead cable down. Got to be the worst place to be stranded - not cos it’s a bad area or owt it’s just right out of the way!! If they knew about the issue then east boldon would’ve been easier to navigate ! Tenner in an Uber then a bus to Newcastle. Made the first pint taste all the better though

Thank god I wasn’t affected by the line problems in the less affluent areas tonight.
