The Hundred 2023

I mean that sounds so much better and is just surely common sense you’d think?

Aye. Although my own view is that people in this country are not remotely interested in if pollard or narine play for their teams

They want to see local stars

The big bash is a mess and shite, but when steve smith played 5 games for the first time in years last year they almost sold out

Nobody cares about seeing these so called t20 franchise stars, they wanna see the best English players
Well that’s why it’s a two fold problem, both are not playing, not enough England stars or quality international ones.

The first draft of the hundred did have better quality but as T20 tournaments have popped up all over the world players now have better choice and enough money

Yeah but this idea we need top world stars is nonsene

The t20 blast used to be packed
Phoenix won the toss and bowl
Anderson and Broad on commentary

The blast teams at finals day are as good as those

I’ve missed the start but on seeing the card our Moeen ran out buttler. That will be dressing room banter for a while once the white ball games come along

11,200 is a bad crowd? Lancs T20 average is 6-7,000.

Record women's crowd of 7500.

Lancs whole season county championship attendees is 4-5000.

Ok then..poor crowd.
Fair enough looks like alot of gaps to me. Seems less than the other matches i have seen so far.

Decent score but gettable.

Still think it’s shit.
Still enjoying it the same way as I really enjoy the T20 blast.

More or less the same players (slightly better) in both competitions.

Have a couple of bets on both competitions and very much enjoy them both in the same way.

As far as entertainment value concerned struggle with the view that one good and one bad when the players and the format extremely similar
