Test Series :: Australia v India

Smith has looked back to his absolute best this last two Test Matches. Back to back hundreds.
Gone back to his old technique, bad news for us.

Will say the Aussies are setting a good blueprint for our upcoming series against India, bat overs and time to tire Bumrah out, if India don't stop bowling him soon he will be struggling for the last test.

Cummins and Starc are very underrated batsman mind, probably on par with Broad pre-nose break.

WOW!! Jaiswal was nailed on for a ton there and he’s given it away!!
-

Kohli out to Durham’s Scotty Boland, fiddling outside off again!

Aussies from nowhere get two wickets and they’ll feel well into this now. Nightwatchman in at one end, still 17 minutes play tonight.
-
Boland removes the nightwatchman Deep!!! Aussies well amongst them here.

Jaiswal call and Kohli doesn't even bother to run for his partner. Disgraceful when Jaiswal was the set batsman.

I disagree - I listened to the Final Word podcast after close and it was very much 50/50 on there so I get that it’s subjective - but I reckon Jaiswal has ran on the shot, because he hit it so cleanly he just set off, but because he hit it so well it went so quickly to the fielder and even if they’d both set off Kohli would’ve been out with a direct hit, which is enough for me to suggest Kohli was right to turn him down.

Given how much I can’t stand Kohli I’d love to throw him under the bus here  but for me personally, I can’t blame him for this.

Oh do fuck off KP. As great a bellend as great he was batting.

I hear what your saying mate. But it's Kohli. I have no issue in throwing him under every single time!

He was ball watching and not backing up. The call was Jaiswals not Kohli's. Again, thinking he's bigger than the team and game. There's no way he's sacrificing his wicket there.

Having a stinker of a game. Long may it continue for Kohli and India.

‘Theatre’

He’s a bell end who should’ve been banned. Just highlights how much the BCCI rule world cricket.

Rabada got banned for TWO games for less when he and Steve Smith came together in 2022.

The call was Jaiswal’s, but running between the wickets is like making love to a beautiful woman; both parties have to consent ;).

You sure? Pure self preservation to me, he doesn't trust his partner who's call it was one bit.

Yeah, I suppose there’s probably blame both ways to some extent, but I’m not too bothered - just pleased it happened
