Stick a defender and another midfielder in it and its not a bad starting 11That's a strong bench, the first time in eon's
I think part of the problem is we have too many good players for them all to start. Never thought l would be saying thatI’ve given my reasoning for that. I think we’re more solid with ELF central & Talbi wide, than we are with Diarra central & ELF wide.
Yes he was poor … again also no way is someone coming back from injury forcing someone really well to he droppedEveryone dropping Rigg????
He will start
If Ballard is fit for 90 minutes, he will start and Hume will remain on the bench and o9 will drop to the bench
Ballards new name Ballardifit?
Would have gone with that midfield and front three vs Spurs ( would have played Hume at RB and Mukiele at CB) but harsh to drop Diarra after an excellent performance, possibly his best yet for us.Very much looking forward to this. New ground for me, always seemed to be midweek when we were last in the PL so couldn’t get down.
Last 2 away ends have been unreal. Leeds one of the best ever, then of course that lot.
Roefs
Mukiele 09 Alderete Reinildo
ELF Xhaka Sadiki
Rigg Brobbey Talbi
Safe travels anyone heading down.
he’s had 2 excellent games but tbh he wasn’t as good v spurs. RLB may still start him but who knows. Talbi was very unlucky not to start against spurs after a good performance against the mags and getting the equaliser - he may get the nod.Everyone dropping Rigg????

I thought he played well and made some really important challenges myself. Agree Talbi was unlucky. Personally I would have started both and had Diarra on the bench.he’s had 2 excellent games but tbh he wasn’t as good v spurs. RLB may still start him but who knows. Talbi was very unlucky not to start against spurs after a good performance against the mags and getting the equaliser - he may get the nod.
regardless, rigg has proved himself, in my eyes anyway. he’ll make it as a PL player. just young = inconsistent.
Good innit. Big, classy but still old school.Unchanged, wouldn’t drop Diarra.
One of my favourite away grounds Villa.
That’s not far off our strongest team.Roefs
