Team for Villa

If Ballard is fit, he starts at centre half instead of 09.

If Ballard is not fit, Hume starts at RB and Mukiele moves to centre half, instead of 09.

The only real point of debate for me is whether Talbi gets back in or not. The pecking order for the defence should be pretty clear imho.

Not sure Ballard will start. We also play Friday night so 2 games in 5 days will mean he will be benched Sunday but probs start Friday at home. I think RLB will probs go unchanged of may bring Hume in and move Nordi to centre. Harsh on Luke but Villa are decent on set pieces and just think Nordi will give a little more reassurance
However, again harsh on Luke but it's harsh on most players who are dropped following week, it's called football

Think it’ll be Hume for Rigg. If Ballard is 100% fit he replaces O’Nein. If we were to win Sunday with almost a fully fit squad then available for Forest and Wolves, Europe would be a very realistic target

Don’t mind who starts. Subs will be a part of our gameplan anyway.
And the last eleven achieved three points and a clean sheet. Albeit Spurs are absolute shite so I suppose we don’t get cocky.

Keep Diarra in. He's starting to pick up and play well off Brobbey. The lad's had a stop start season but there's real quality there. And a midfielder with goals in him is what we need
He's really fast and has loads of energy, good technique. Can definitely see what he brings to the team and especially in the future. I'm not sure if his best game is the intricate triangle passing, as I feel sometimes he takes a cautious first touch into space and then he's just looking to offload it to anyone, oftentimes a quite safe or predictable pass. I think Henderson has a bit of that about him.

Was pretty shocked he stated 09 before Hume last week. Assuming Ballard HAS to come back in today?

Playing 2 CMs as wingers isnt ideal so i’d look to bring Talbi back in.
