P+R buses seem to have London adverts displayed.

Have they brought them up from there?

More than likely. Go North East is part of the Go Ahead group which run buses all over England iirc.

They advertised new buses being used on routes in Sunderland a couple of years ago. Turns out these buses were second hand from their London company.

Len will be f***ing seething.

He is. He's posted a video as well as other pictures about it.

Been class today, had a mooch about that big Russian ship anarl.

Bikes not allowed on the docks, not allowing dogs either. But both welcome on the other side of the river . sorry if already been said.

All the major companies put their new buses in London and when they get slightly older they replace them with new models and send the old models up north

Seriously

Sunderland Town Moor?

Cheers bud,

Don't think I've ever heard that area being referred to as the town moor before

John Paul Jones (not him from Led Zep below)

but the Naval Commander during the American War of independence (below) attacked the East End fishwives who were dressed in red on the Town Moor as Jones thought they were redcoats!!

George Shovlin and the Radars were quality at the Town Moor in the East End. Their Tall Ships song was very emotional anyone with WEARside roots needs to hear it. Also a quality film on in the Welcome Tavern showing footage of workers at Vaux Brian Mills Wearmouth pit the Shipyards Nissan etc together with some impressive murals close to the Clarendon.

He’s not a happy bunny at the minute. Seething that the beach isn’t packed out, not sure if he realises that the National team are about to kick off their most important game in over 50 years
aye just seen that, kicking off his always empty pub is empty and blaming the council for closing a road

It is a cafe and there was a few people there today, probably more than normal. Considering there isn't any Tall Ships in the bay or the marina the miserable old git should be grateful for the extra trade :D
Must be out of towners if he's been busy. No nowts. Bet they won't return.

Go to a fair few cafes down the Seafront when out walking the dog and such, will never venture in to the Snow Goose because Len is an absolute bellend. Hope that helps.
And this is why he's fuming. He makes a rod for his own back. On the odd time I venture home, I purposely go the the places over the road to him.
