Thanks for that mate ...
... some people will still insist nowt's happening
I’ve posted it a couple of times now and andrewp (not tagged so we get no negativity) thought they may have been signing an NDA whilst they were in full view of the world! That’s always done day 1 not 101.

The Donald haters gone a tad quiet lately. 🤔

There are so few posters who ‘hate’ Donald from what I’ve seen. Plenty of skeptics and critics, of which I’d class myself as one, but hate? Few and far between IMO. He seems a decent bloke with the club’s best interests at heart but hasn’t necessarily done things brilliantly or communicated as clearly or quite as transparently as some would give him credit for. Methven I’m even more skeptical of, and given some of Donald’s comments about some PR things, I think he may have a similar view on Methven and his approach at times.

Despite all that, if and when this deal is pulled off, they may have just been a part of the biggest and most important passages in our club’s history; particularly post-war. And if we start progressing swiftly and successfully then they’ll deserve unlimited credit for orchestrating the deal.

The Dell stadium of light (not dellight; -))

New shirt sponsor.

They can splash their name all owa for me.

I'll even put Dell across the back of me donkey jacket if they want

This message is just for those people who trust what I'm saying, anyone else needn't bother replying, especially saying nothings happening or typical Sunderland.

I've stated, for some time now, that these things are facts.
  • The club has been taken over by a number of billionaires
  • They want to invest in the club but also create a long term legacy project involving local groups
  • There are staff issues to address which, along with the lawyers, are slowing down the announcent.
  • This will happen, nevertheless, next week but the deal is different to the announcement, one is done and one isn't.
  • The people involved would be flying in and out. TBF the lad forwarding the flight info got a bit mixed up with all the rugby flights into NCL but our people were confirmed to have arrived/eaten in the NE.
Now, if anyone thinks I'm clever enough to make up these predictions then I thank you sincerely.

This is a life changing event for everyone connected with Sunderland ...
... FFS let's not spoil the moment by bitching away at each other like Bigg Market slappers ;)

If I was you mate I'd just keep quiet and let the negative fuckers fester. You've got no need to fight your corner with the reasonable posters, they know you've posted what you know and possibly more than you should. Its appreciated.
