The very notion that Stewart Donald would be able let alone willing to be paying a million a month out of his own pocket for this club is beyond ridiculous.

Same here, i have frankly ignored it all, just waiting to hear the worlds, steward donald has commited himself to continue on as chairman of SAFC

He’s just bitter. Wants in to SAFC. Another lazy agent. What does he actually work as these days? The number of ex pros hanging around the club these last few years is sad.
Not saying any criticism of Donald and Methven isn’t justified by any of us because it is but beware of bandwagon jumpers with a self interest going on....

People need to stop this criticism of people who are speaking up against the current regime. We should have been past this point a long time ago.

Hes a genuine lads fan that can see the damage being done to the club by the current ownership. Unlike some of Charlie's mates.

The fact that there's barely been a peep of criticism aimed Donald's way in the national press is nowt short of a disgrace. As much as loads of us dismissed it at the time Craig Hope's been pretty much the only one to call him out for his incompetence.

Firstly, I only joined this forum this year, not two and a half years ago so what are you referring to?
We all know that the current owners on Donald and Methven in particular deserve criticism. But Gordon should come clean about wanting to be involved in the inner sanctums of SAFC.

No one denies that the current ownership deserve criticism and questioning. Gordon has an agenda though in that he’d like to be involved in SAFC.

Totally agree mate. Problem for us is they're mainly mags the sportswriters for nationals based in the NE.

What was the option? They own a business and the staff have contracts. They furloughed them until they needed them. If they went into administration they lose their promotion and profitability potential and they lose their business. All boards who can will be propping up businesses it’s not kindness, not a favour. It’s protecting their investment and their assets. It’s only when new people arrive that there is any action behind the scenes. It’s not been some bold move to improve things by our current board. If they spend they are worse off so they have spent on the essentials only.

Its mental to even suggest they are using their own funds to keep the club ticking over when they owe the club over 10 million quid of its own cash.

happens when Donald took over and Armstrong and Gray said it was a bad deal for the club
