Never bought into the SD/CM heroic saving the club garbage. Came under criticism on here for urging people that most owners end up being hated by fans at some point - see Ashley Mike. He was popular at the start...
They obviously thought 'Buy the club on the cheap, get promoted, spend as little as possible, sell it on quickly and make shit loads' and they've seen the size of the job and bitten off more than they can chew.
I hope wherever the new 'takeover' power shift whatever, takes us that people keep things calm next time.
I do think that the structural changes and planning in relation to recruitment, long term strategy, the academy etc that we've sorted in the last few weeks are the start of the challenge. Sacking managers each time won't work until we make significant changes like those mooted.
