In essence this is whats happened in a way with Madrox, by all accounts theyve fell out because SD hasnt delivered so if you class Madrox share holding as a consortium then that is really just getting re-dristributed with smaller amounts to SD & CM but a Newco coming in to take the majority of shares which is eating up Sartoris existing 20%

This is just what I can see in Laymans terms

I haven't read most of this, its too long but I can't get remotely excited about this proposed 'takeover'. As someone just said, Sartori has been here for ages and has seemingly contributed next to nowt. Donald and Methven still around - presumably they'll be able to lend their 'experience 'to help steer the ship' ;-). As for Dreyfus, people need to get real: a wet behind the ears 22 (TWENTY TWO!) Year old kid with inherited wealth and next to no business experience... what can possibly go wrong? Haha, can't believe people actually getting excited over this. A recipe for further disaster, even if the EFL decided he was 'fit and proper'.

If it happens the 22 yr old kid will be hands off. His family and their advisors maybe even Marseilles advisors will surely be steering him towards competent people. I can’t see them allowing SD or CM a say. Juan I think can’t be damned with the abuse those two deserve. I think he’s just likes a day out which once competent people are installed is what every club wants from their owners. IE no oar sticking in.

If the crack is satori, Donald and Cm will hold 60% of the club

I mean how is this good news? Just bringing another joker into the fold

Donald and CM will only have 20%, satori and the other 1 will have 80% between them, thats a massive change from what it is now

If they cannot get a manager who can get something extra out of this squad over the next 5 months (promotion) any % changes amount to shuffling the deckchairs on the Titanic.

Satori is already here mate, and he works full time as a politician in Uruguay

why do people have total faith that they won’t use their 60% on matters,

I’ve no idea why people have so much trust in a bloke who has done absolutely nothing for Sunderland

Mate I am an eternal optimist,however we will know if big money is coming our way by who is appointed manager.If its cowleys ,then weve hit rockbottom.
