I really hope your wrong but i fear since the cooky sacking and the manager search farrago that i fear the milky bar kid is just a short period investment on good terms with the aim to flip us if we get promoted on the cheap............Im surprised that bob Murray has not commented on the scummers treatment of cooky.Its low rent cheapskate behaviour at best and i really do fear administration in the near future.

Perhaps he found out the actual details of the takeover and the financial support he would have.......obviously he knew we were in league one so one phone call from the club would find out he wasnt interested!...........He said no comment when asked if he was interested. He could have said i loved my time at safc and i hope to go back someday but at this stage of my career i am looking for an opportunity at a higher level.very disconcerting im afraid!

Poyet will have turned it down because there’s no takeover, no money and no hope for the future. Donald is going nowhere and this 22 year old is just talk, he won’t be getting on board.

People are getting mixed up with this 40% Sartori, 40% KLD......they are going to be (allegedly) part of a consortium which own 80% of Madrox.....they will both have a 50% share of (whichever company they form) to buy the 80% share of Madrox.

what happens if the members of the new consortium holding 80% of madrox disagree? a 50 :50 split leads to inertia!

i was thinking along these lines, he's turned up thinking there's a takeover and found out there's actually fk all changing.

would no be the greatest surprise ever with this lot would it??

they will need to agree unless then somebody wants a controlling share of the holding company I suppose, they will then have to negotiate a share re-distribution of the holding company that has an 80% of Madrox that has a 100% share of Sunderland

*Also, in your replies you dont need to share them 33.3% amongst yourself, you own 100% of the reply...1 reply would suffice 😂

He didn’t come and that’s my slight concern. He knew we were in league 1, money wasn’t an issue and he knew there would be a DOF type role. Something changed or he didn’t like something - be interesting to find out what

Murray sacked plenty and took them to court over money.

I’m not sure he would. For all the “ investment in me” shit Donald came out with I strongly suspect the FFP deal collapsed because he/Methven wouldn’t go completely. I think that’s the red line for both of them, they must retain shares or were effectively not for sale. I think/hope the fact Dreyfus is still prepared to “ takeover” suggests he really wants us and is prepared to take that most bitter of pills, at least in the short term.
