I don’t know who will have what title but the two of em still want to swan around in directors boxes marra. THAT and a potential windfall if/when we make it back to the PL are why they want to retain a %. It may not happen like that but it’s what they’re both after.
Methven wants the contacts n kudos as he fancies a future as a football mover n shaker. Donald can’t go back to Eastleigh looking a failure. He’ll keep selling his % until after a one season tour of the PL directors boxes then they’ll both be gone. Sooner if Oxford or another feasible come up for grabs.

Although our new owner inherited his wealth, he will have been extremely well groomed in business and to think he will be railroaded by SD and CM is ridiculous.

Whatever happened to “ when the fans no longer want me then I’ll go” or words to that effect from Donald?

No, they could put it into admin instead. They could get the club, if they wanted it. That's a big if. And it's a redundant question when the takeover completes.

We won't see Donald in an acting capacity again. Him hanging on to some shares is irrelevant.

Given the news this weekend you would think this is the new owners making a start, however given what we know already about Dosser Donald and how much of a twat he is I can’t get excited until it’s all official that there is a takeover.

This is also an assumption that the new owners are serious and will inject major dollar into the squad over the next few seasons.
