Charlie has a history of telling porkies ask rr and als.....what i take from that he wants to make sure we dont lose players for a pittance but will be happy to sell them on for money.... source horses mouth .. He wants us to became sustainable with little investment from them and his model would be happy with us balancing the books and happily bouncing along mid table in the championship.....He needs to get out of our club and i will personally boo the fekka every time i see him!.its a stain on our club if he sets foot in the SOL again.

You cannot put a rabid fox in a henhouse and expect a bloodless night.Charlie wont be silenced his ego is far to gigantic for that.In his own tiny mind He's a genius ideas man so dont expect him to do any actual work.

He can be voted off the board by Dreyfus and Sartori (if indeed he's restored to it in the first place0, and there's sod all he could do about it. It could be a bit like LBJ appointing one of his opponents to his cabinet. His reasoning? "I'd rather have him inside the tent pissing out than outside pissing in".

I think that was pretty obvious. The idea of a 22 year old taking over the club is for the birds. Presuming there’s even an ounce of truth in it, I presume little will change at boardroom level and regarding day-to-day running of the club. I still maintain nothing will happen for a long, long time.
 
If they appoint a sporting director then that will be a change.

Depends on who that person is and how competent they are that will determine whether it’s a change for the better and to be encouraged by.
