with all due respect you said that Donald and his other clowns were nowhere near the decision making. It seems you are wide of the mark, appointing Speekman and Johnson is obviously a SD decision as no one else can make these decisions now, and the sacking of Cookey and probably a few others have paid for it. There is no way Kyril has had any input they havent even agreed a deal yet. Everything anyone has said has been wrong, who gives you your info?
cos he owns the circus no one else does, and that wont change it seems
I repeat, they can make the appointments, but not the decisions. It's simply my judgement. These moves are too intelligent, and too expensive, given the future recruitment promises that appear to be have been given, to have come from SD. Of course, Juan Sartori is on the board, and is the alleged driving force in bringing in KLD. The assumption being made is that Donald is pulling all the strings because he's majority shareholder. However, in a board meeting, he has no more votes than anyone else.
Someone said the club have to say it was the current board’s decision otherwise Parkinson could take them to court - is that plausible?
Only the current board or an appropriate employee could terminate his contract in any event.
