This game has been already lost now with them being41 for 4 after 6 overs against York’s 202

Said this the other day but I assume they're showing every game they're contractually entitled to broadcast, cos why would they not? So the ECB didn't sell enough games.

True but the amount of games they have shown is hardly proportionate to them showing every IPL game. Now that may not be totally down to them but surely the ECB wouldn't turn the cash down if they wanted to show more.

So it's either the ECB not wanting to show many games or it's Sky buying the bare minimum package.

Either way it's an absolute disgrace.

I assume the ECB sold a package that makes sure every Hundred game is the focus. Sky can't buy what isn't on offer, I haven't heard of any package going unsold. IPL will be a contract with the BCCI who don't have another competition to promote and is probably fairly cheap as relatively few people in the UK will want to watch (even with the substantial Indian population here).

OK. Just replace the word "they" with "the ECB" in my original post then. ;)

That being said though, the ECB are seemingly happy to let 5Live have commentary every night.
 
Anyone watching the Glamorgan match?Weighell nearly had his head taken off with a return drive whilst bowling, just managed to get his hand in front of his face. Even needed treatment in his hand the ball was hit that hard.
 
A couple of the YT streams have gone down with a message saying video no longer available due to a copyright claim by the ECB.

These are county streams. I thought they were approved by yhe ECB?
