Swindon Town 25/26 thread

Probably SEB but I’d seen your gaffer was seriously unimpressed (and rightly so) about the object being thrown at the Walsall lad

Ex work colleague is a big Swindon fan travelling home and away. Because of him and your posts I always lookout for Swindon results. Best wishes for new season

Here is the next ongoing chapter in the sea of shit.
Add no shirts available in the club shop to sell for the first home game of the season.

This Club FFS.

Seems like Things-Swindon ain't how they should be for the first home game of a new season - even with an impending change of ownership.

Hangover today as stayed down for a few beers with the lads.

First points on the board much welcome, need the new kids to learn fast and was hanging on at the end. The wind was playing havoc defending second half.
A win is all that matters. Holloway tore into them after the game.

The win breeds confidence & belief especially in younger lads, it's always a learning-curve so you can't criticise too much. Holloway will have learned a lot about his players from that so will have read into it about the conditions, wind is a bloody awful thing to defend in so oppo teams will use it to their strengths. A young group of players will pick up an awful lot from that game & what their manager says to them about it & works on in training to improve how they handle it next time.

Look forward to more beers now that you're on your way.

Holloway maybe be mad as a box of frogs but seems to have got the Robins flying......... meanwhile Larry Grayson continued his non losing streak in his first game....This time as Manager of the Mighty Monkey Hangers Away at Yeovil....Nil Nil...

Well done to the 199 Poolies in attendance...no doubt with Jeff Stelling there in Disguise....;)

I see Princewill Ehibhatiomhan  is coming in on loan from So'ton, IH seems to be addressing what he's seen could become a problem.

Don't ask me to spell that surname again mind, it'll cost as much to get his name on a shirt as it cost for the shirt.
