He’s missing out on a fortune there, a proper goldmine if done right.
I remember in the 80’s when Romano’s was there before they moved to Cleadon, you couldn’t get in unless you booked weeks beforehand.
An absolute wasted premises atm

probably worth more as a plot for houses, with the carpark you'd get 3/4 decent sized houses on the plot

You would as the car park is massive.
It’s just a shame that he won’t do anything with it, like he hasn’t with Little Italy (and allegedly wants 1 million for the Waterfront plot !)
Back in the mid / late 90’s Little Italy was packed to the rafters on a weekend, you literally had to queue in the bar and wait for a table.
Now it’s dead , even in summer.
There’s so much potential in that little stretch on the sea front that could link up to the Stack and make Seaburn a real cracking night out with loads of options for food and drink.
