Went to ginger pig and spent £40 on various meats.

Got a ragu on the go in the le creuset on the hob and a spatchcocked chicken in piri piri marinade in the oven.

Having the chicken tonight with an orange and watercress salad. I’ll have some ragu with pappardelle for lunch tomorrow.

Just finished a beef brisket which I did in my sous vide for 72hrs. Had it with roast potatoes, malted barley carrots and red wine and bone marrow gravy. Just cracked a bottle of Château de Pizay Morgon.

Gonna have a wass cigar as well.
