Case/Lang/Veirs album is out 17 June
Looking forward to it. Like you, not a fan of KD Lang (or what I've heard of her).

More than on tour, definitely. Will watch this Summers festivals and check the ratio.
I'd happily pay extra for a no new album tracks and only the hits festival.
No one wants to stand in a field and listen to some filler track from an album they haven't heard.
If I want to listen to a new (to me) artist spotify is great because you can start from the beginning or from their most popular and then go to the beginning.
You must be a Spotify user then
Do you then go out and buy the records though?
I've discovered boat loads of new music (to me) without Spotify.
This (although I'm an Apple Music user). Streaming services have helped me discover so much music I would never have really had as much access to previously.
Last month, for example, Laura Veirs (one of my favourite female musicians) announced she was releasing an album with Neko Case (who I'd never heard of) and KD Lang (who I don't particularly like). The teaser track was good so I googled Neko Case, downloaded the "Intro to Neko Case" Apple Music playlist and liked it. Within a week I was familiar with most of her back catalogue and now I would say she's probably another favourite of mine!

Correct.
Why would I?
How did you find it?
And I, you.
But full albums man
Ain't nobody got time for that, unless I'm driving but I like variety.
Shuffle is the best
To actually own the record. Thats what a proper music fan would do thats all.
I generally find the 'filler songs' on most albums to be better than the 'hits'
Us proper music fans are keeping alive the very thing many pretend to like
Why? What do you get extra other than being a proper music fan.
I'm happy being classified as not a proper music fan.

The shuffle function on Spotify is shit.
I get to actually own a record and give a but back to music.
I'm starting to realise there is a correlation between those who aren't proper music fans and those who don't like to spend their money.
