I will get shit for this, but growing up a skater punk kid in the 80's these were my usual apparel (these are from the web as I no longer have either to take pics):

I still think they're cool but I'm waaaaay too old to wear that now.
Sweaties

That’s what you’s were known as back then

Thats porn that is right there...ive got some 're issues in gold and some in red...not kangaroo leather tho and obv no signature or dustbag..still canny tho

They were cracking trainers but mine split across the front in circa 86. Mind, at that stage I had started using them for five a side.

My mate wanted the dust bag them came in. He stills has it!

Patrick Colorissmo?

Nee idea, name doesn't ring a bell. Can't find any pics of them either so don't know.

Grey suede, could also get them in light blue and maybe a couple of other colours maroon possibly. Fairly rounded toe, fat light coloured flat soles, white chunkyish laces and a suede Patrick tag, think the writing was in gold, and possibly holes instead of the Patrick stripes though not sure about that one.

Be about 84/85, from Josephs.

Someone will probably find a pic and they'll be fuck all like that

The Borgs were My favourite old school trainer mate , had them and white Puma G Vilas , thought I was the bees knees when in reality I probably looked like I was going for a round of golf

Aye, they still look really nice these days imho

I used to like Puma G Vilas looking back they were a bit chunky in my mind. Everyone had all white ones back then, then puma set came out with a blue stripe, very similar to Vilas.

Can you remember Hi Tec I think it was, tennis, squash and badminton, white with red blue or green detailing on them depending on you choice of racquet sports

De gustibus non est disputandum, as we used to say in Gilesgate when I was a lad, but Christ, what dreadful clothes.

Sweet baby Jesus. I 'may' have bonded with you back in the day on the basis that you obviously listened to Incubus, but other than that, I'd only communicate during weed deals.
