Southampton spying compendium thread

According to SSN the FA can get involved now too and start charging individuals. So coaching staff, Eckert, etc for “bringing the game into disrepute”

Don’t see it happening but who knows
Southampton can sack him to try and make themselves look better I guess.

In the Olympic footy spying case, the head coach was banned for a year and then fired.

Thought they might have put the final off for a week. Not much time to arrange tickets, travel and accommodation.
Wembley is booked up for all sorts over a year in advance. Moving the date of the game would likely have meant having to move the location too.

The EFL won't want to miss a pay day from the final. Boro should've had to play Wrexham, then winner plays hull
Im guessing its simply any other way of working it would me rescheduling, and that seems incredibly unlikely

Already appealed
The Football League must be absolutely raging with Southampton. They have thrown the FL's showcase tournament that's worth millions in to absolute chaos for the fans and the other Clubs in the Championship alike. I

They admitted the offences didn't they expect to be punished? There was no guarantee that they would have won the final anyway so all they are getting is a paltry four point deduction. All they have to do next season is win their first two games and they will still come off two points to the good.

Appeal? If the beggars had any self respect they would have voluntarily withdrawn from the Final last week when they were forced to admit what they had been doing.
