South Africa v England 1st test - Centurion

One excellent season and then he chose to leave to further his career in his opinion.
He did the same to Gauteng when he left that Provence for us when he decided he was an Englishman

I think it was really poor by Jennings to leave, still not sure why he did

He got in the England side as a Durham player, then just left.

Of all the ones who left during that period, I am the most bitter about his to be honest, we stuck by him when nobody else would and he just left after his first success.

Did the same to Gauteng when he came to Durham. But then in his first season had to leave Durham when the South Africans selected him to captain their U19s on the tour to England. So in one summer he was an Englishmen hoping to play for England then captain of South Africa. Nice lad Keaton but he is only here for a visit and using the system.

Well done Burns 👏 really need him to double this

aye, wickets will fall in clusters on this pitch

these both need to go big, our only chance.

Sibley all at sea against spin mind

A few more quid and better wickets to score runs on as an opening batsmen.but at the end of the day if he is honest his dream as as school kid was probably to play for South Africa like his old Man but he saw the future and jumped ship. There are probably about another 50 Ssffers on county staffs in the same boat

Sibley much better here

Its fine margins with his game, when you are so limited with the shots you can play, you have to play extremely well to score runs

Perfect situation for him, dig in,

Hes doing well. SA bowlers weren't patient enough with him and started to get straighter to him which is what he wants. Fair play to him - keep it going.

Out - Couldn't make it up!

He genuinelly can't open in Sri Lanka though thats nots me beeing sensationlsut, he looks all at sea v spin so far in his career

Open with Jennings or a middle order player over there, you don't need him

Cannit really ask for more than what they've done in the second innings so far.

Ludicrous that we gan from a 181 a/o team to a fairly comfortable 121/1 in the space of a little over 24 hours.
