I like this idea.

Designate a block to be used for schools and youth clubs in Sunderland, South Tyneside & Co. Durham.

They did this, called Cashback, not sure if they do it this season while in the Premier League

They did school tickets going back to the Roker Park days. Clock Stand seats were used at one point.

No idea what they do these days.

It's low enough as it is. Any lower and the groundsmen will be pulling out lumps of coal with their forks at half time.

It's not. You have three years to start after planning is granted. Get planning for both, do the East and that's it started.

It's not now or never the club will come to a compromise with the council about a big enough buffer zone behind the South stand so we can extend later. It's not going to be a race to see who can build first the Sheepfolds or the club It's all going to be planned out first

Build it and if there's any spare capacity for a particular game give the local schools a block for free for a day out, or an adult and child offer.

We've got to get them smitten - we've got a lot of lost time to make up if we are going catch the filth up.

I would imagine it would be a lot cheaper than any other stadium in the country to expand given the cheapness of building the stadium in the first place.

I know there's been some talk, or at least suggestions with regards to a stadium expansion.

Has there been any thought on working with what we have - increasing capacity.

Now i'm sure there were initial design requirements that could now have changed as time has gone on.
- The access to the very front of the seating, need it be so wide? Can we add an extra row of seating, bringing fans closer to the pitch.
- The access blocks (SWC & NWC) appreciate these are for emergency vehicles. Do we need 2? Can seating be filled in one of these?

They could just move the away fans if the sole aim was squeezing in a few more.
