My stream went down literally as he was in mid air hitting that volley at 40-30 on match point and wouldn't refresh! :lol: Was wincing like I was for the bakchand volley he missed against Alcaraz on break point in the fifth at Wimbledon. It looked like he was angling to hit it towards the direction Sinner was running but I still don't know what happened :lol:

Incredible really. Greatest athlete of all time as far as I'm concerned, a complete freak. Sinner is/was a bigger hurdle for him than Alcaraz so see what happens on Sunday. Alcaraz has looked in complete cruise control up until today though, still expect him to win and probably fairly comfortably but who knows.

Incredible from Djokovic to win that at his age, Sinner and Alcaraz are very good players but it just shows they are a million miles behind the levels the big 3 showed. Grandpa Djokovic has now beaten them both at the Australian Open and Alcaraz at the Olympics, imagine how comfortably he would have beaten them at his peak.

That's a bold statement..😀......but I think I have to agree. This victory is quite outstanding at his age. I was willing him on like I did when Goran and Murray won Wimbledon.
