There are increasing signs that the man is displaying worrying signs of some kind of real problem.

We've all seen the 'carer's day out' clips etc, the incessant post match grinning and the deluded claims that they've been better in every game as well as 'improving as the season progresses' but there was a small incident after the 1st Chelsea goal that everyone saw ........ he just got up and strolled off down the tunnel

This was a vital game for Newcastle, live on TV and with a big Newcastle following ..... what does that say to his players?

It just looked insane and I really can't think of a reason for such bizarre behaviour. It was significant that he was also sitting alone for most of the game and his staff barely looked at him, let alone spoke. I really believe the man is grinning through a major crisis and struggling with his inner demons.

And why does he always cling onto his players on the touchline like some random lunatic

Ive just read that his statement to the players after the Chelsea mauling was

"DONT LET THIS RESULT DERAIL OUR SEASON"

Is he devoid of any common sense whatsoever. Derail our season ? Does he think they are still on course for a champions league spot or what !!

A grade "A "f***ing tit who is absolutely stealing a living and long may he continue with those muppets

I was amazed he got the job (as I dare say he was)
Derby couldn't wait to get rid of him, and he walks into (let's be honest it is a fairly big job) the Newcastle job on more money ! if there ever was a bigger charlatan and fake in the English game other than him....... the bloke is a VERY rich man, and I bet he can't believe his luck !
add to the fact that he has already been our national manager

He's perfect for them, sssssshhhhhhh!!!!!

McClaren has never been a good manager, but what he's done almost everywhere he's been is make his teams hard to beat. The Boro were f***ing awful to watch but difficult to break down. He's another manager who's pandering to the Geordie nations birth right to have keegan style football. Hes abandoned his principles to be accepted. He's weak as piss.

I reply with the same on every thread about him, how the f*** did he ever get the England job?

I can't ever remember a manager just walking off like that ...... even the MOTD commentator was taking the piss

SM is out of his depth.
Whether we like it or not, the mags are considered a big club in English football circles. They should be an attractive club to join.
But,there's FMA with his structure and policy, plus very demanding fans that puts off many a manager that cud make a difference.
Long may it continue.

Pardew out
Wise out
Carver out
Ashley out
Tufty out

There's a pattern here I think
