Interesting, we have more season ticket holders than Chelsea.
When they had the ban on selling tickets, and only ST were allowed in , their crowds dropped to 32,249 v Arsenal. With 3000 Arsenal fans there .
We will move ahead of Leicester now, so only need to get more than Leeds to get back to top 10 supported in the country

We also have more season ticket holders than Liverpool, who only have 27,000. They obviously do this to sell more single matchday tickets to boost revenue.

Tickets are like gold dust at Liverpool mind, they have some sort of membership scheme you pay for weekly/monthly and then get selected by raffle. Something along those lines anyway.

Christ, so you're paying a recurring fee in the hope of being randomly selected to pay to buy some tickets.

Madness
Lots of PL clubs do memberships, Wolves is about £40 but you’ve a reasonable chance of some less glamorous fixtures and I think a small handful might still make general sale.

Man Utd on the other hand - you needed a membership just to buy any form of tickets, inc the cup. I was down in Salford a few years back with work, nothing else to do on an evening so thought I’d go to the Cambridge cup match. Had to buy someone’s season ticket on Twitter for the match, as they’d been opted into a cup scheme.

Newcastle were doing membership sales last week but to me it seems daft season ticket holders there have equal priority for an extra ticket.
