Went past yesterday, fitting pillars like pub frontage, asked workman, said he didnt know but has been bought by lamp room owners.

It is 3 with the upstairs. Downstairs is being split into 2. Upstairs was a yoga studio, then a very short lived children’s play area. Think it’s empty now so upon completion of downstairs the owner will have several empty units sat along the sea front. It looks to me like new business owners would rather give it a go along Church Street, which tells you something.
I could be wrong but I think Gill was a silent partner when the lamproom started and got bought out when it started to pick up. 99% sure he's still the building freeholder.

Strange cos Gill did own that when it was The Bank pub. Wonder if he has sold it or leased it then. The new place on the corner where snooker room was is called coffee and cork.
