End of April completion, I think.
It will be a fantastic addition to the seafront. There is already a whole list of confirmed tenants. Bars, restaurants, street food, table tennis , dog wash, etc

I think it’ll be canny popular tbh the groomers locally all do a great trade and have long waiting lists and the business has been successful at other franchises - nice to have a bit of variety really
