Jesus, really@rubberface is there some way you can just send everyone a PM except @Parker Then everyone's happy!!![]()
I can't understand anyone giving him shit. He's class and, as someone said, an asset to the board but equally he never lowers himself to getting involved with any of the pettiness and so is about as inoffensive as it gets on here - how can you give him grief when that's the case.Certain people repeatedly try to pick faults with Grumps but the same people wouldn’t have a clue with regard to accounts, balance sheets and governance. As you say an asset and a real gent. Keep up the good works GOM!!
Yes on both accounts mateDon’t expect full details and understand your situation, cheers.
However, can you say if their bid is being entertained and is still alive? Would they stay quiet if not treat respectfully?

Repeatedly! And not in a great manner and the lad's stopped posting as a result.Jesus, reallyAll I said was that I had my doubts about the rumours. Is that not allowed?
If I ran a company I wadnt be removing son in laws like Juan mind.If Madrox is being sold, then Donald can simply sell his shares and the buyers get 74% ownership of it, and de facto control of Sunderland, but with two minority shareholders. 74% is awkward; it doesn't give them the control that 76% does. Methven's shares would give them that. If Methven is a problem, Sartori is the key; if they can get his shares it takes them past 90%, and they can buy out Methven compulsorily. On the other hand, if Madrox is selling its shares in Sunderland, then it's down to whether any vote is by the directors (one man, one vote) or the shareholders (one share, one vote).
In reality, Donald can do what the wants; he has enough shares in Madrox to remove Sartori and/or Methven as directors if he had to to get a sale of Sunderland to his preferred bidder.
Me please!Yes on both accounts mate

Repeatedly! And not in a great manner and the lad's stopped posting as a result.
Of course it's allowed. Just as it's allowed for people to tell you what they think of you for it (within reason).
Fair do's.How? Wasnt abusive in any way, just pointed out something I noticed and said why I didnt think there was any truth in the Gray story
I think he's joking mate. The lad's most likely to have received a recipe for a Dubai delicassy if he'd accepted his offer of a PM.I told you in confidence.
If the FL was an actual professional organisation they’d have % parameters for that stuff sorted already. Maybe they have and all the chicanery was covered in the initial proposal?Just pay very big bonuses for one single cup victory. Job done.
Any chance of a PM? Soz to be a pain.Putting nowt on here mate, that's why i inboxed posters. Not worth the hassle.
But then so could all teams? Might be wrong but havent they covered the bonus loophole in the wording of the rule. I think theyve covered signing on fees so clubs dont try to get around it that way
Fair do's.
I fail to see how anyone can be in favour of being punished because clubs cannot control their own finances. They should not be restricted and players should not be financially worse off because of it. It’s a farce and was voted by clubs who cannot compete financially with the bigger clubs in the league and that is how it was passed, because the majority of them can’t
Say Nowt....and i don't know whats happening.I told you in confidence.
